A Bird A Sparrow

So I met up with the guys from A Bird A Sparrow in Plano, TX the other day for a shoot since they have a new line up and things went great. There were blue skies and the sun was up, but the wind was pretty intense! It was the worst at my first location in the parking lot of the football stadium and the softbox my assistant Nick Minton [www.nickminton.com] let me borrow actually broke.. the poles that make the frame of the softbox actually punched through the fabric but we managed to rig it together so that it would work for the rest of the shoot. The guys were more than willing to do anything and everything I asked of them and the pictures succeeded because of it. My favorite picture, the one of them standing in the woods surrounded by all the sticks and stuff was actually their idea and thank god for that idea! Yesterday my girlfriend and I were kind of bored so I finally convinced her to let me take some pictures of her and this was one of the shots we did down the street from my house. I lit it with an AB800 shot through a beauty dish in front and above her, triggered with pocket wizards.
